A new project with two high-rise residential and office buildings was planned close to the Central Railway Station in Linz, Upper Austria. The developers wanted to ensure that the wind situation around the buildings would not worsen for pedestrians. This was in the end confirmed by the study which also served as a presentation to the City of Linz. With trees along roads and the selective design of public space the wind situation remained pleasant.
